Marsa fountain in danger

I appeal to Heritage Malta to take note of the precarious state of the historical fountain at Church wharf in Marsa. As seen in the photo, the top part of the basin has been also stolen. To add insult to injury the works being carried out in the area...

I appeal to Heritage Malta to take note of the precarious state of the historical fountain at Church wharf in Marsa. As seen in the photo, the top part of the basin has been also stolen. To add insult to injury the works being carried out in the area are putting it in further danger. This fountain is identical to the one in St Julians in front of the police station in Spinola Bay which served as a horse trough for a long period of time.

It is not acceptable that our history is left in such a derelict state.
