Court revokes bail
Italo Grech, 23, was yesterday jailed for a month and had his bail revoked after he admitted to breaching his bail conditions.
Mr Grech had originally been charged with stealing the bonnet of a car on August 25 and was granted bail.
As part of his bail conditions, the court had imposed a curfew. But during another arraignment yesterday, he admitted to breaching the curfew on Monday.
Police Inspector Mario Tonna prosecuted.
Lawyer José Herrera and Deborah Delceppo appeared for Mr Grech.
