The Justice Commitment Group provides educational experiences in social concerns inspired by Gospel values and Catholic social teachings. Central to this process is enhancing the spiritual and intellectual awareness of students and academic staff about today's complex social realities, calling us all to service and action for a more just and humane world.
This group is made up of lecturers and students who meet monthly to discuss issues of injustice both on Campus and off University.
They also speak out about such injustices and support others in the same field. Last year they supported the Front Kontra l-Golf Course and also the change in the system of elections for KSU.
This year they will co-ordinate the Free Gifts Campaign for Advent - a drive to encourage students to share their gifts and spend some of their time in voluntary activity with children, refugees and other people in need.
