Vodafone Malta Limited is sponsoring the print features category in this year's Malta Journalism Awards, organised by the Institute of Maltese Journalists (IGM). This category is one of the most competitive of the 11 awards presented each year.

Vodafone's Corporate Affairs manager Deborah Grech presented the sponsorship to IGM chairman Malcolm J. Naudi. She said: "Vodafone has been sponsoring the print features category since it was first established last year, however, Vodafone's constant support for Maltese journalists dates back to the early 1990s.

"On several occasions the company has sponsored various events organised by this national association of Maltese journalists."

Martin Debattista (The Times), Vanessa Macdonald (The Times/The Sunday Times) and Brandon Pisani (l-Orizzont) are the three finalists for this edition. Last year's category winner was Ariadne Massa (The Times).
