Guilty of theft

Magistrate Silvio Meli jailed Sasa Pavlovic, a 32-year-old Serb, for 18-months for a theft he carried out last August. Mr Pavlovic was charged with stealing several items worth over Lm1,000 from a house in San Gwann on the night of July 31.
