I totally disagree with Paul Xuereb in stating that play.com want no custom from Malta. I am a regular customer, and have never encountered any problems of the sort. My orders never took more than a week to arrive. I also had the same difficulty as I.M.
I totally disagree with Paul Xuereb in stating that play.com want no custom from Malta. I am a regular customer, and have never encountered any problems of the sort. My orders never took more than a week to arrive.
I also had the same difficulty as I.M. Beck, when they introduced the Euro flag for non-UK residents. All I did was e-mailed them at terms@play.com, and in less than 24 hours they e-mailed back with all the necessary information, together with an apology for any confusion this change may have caused. As simple as that.
This was only two weeks ago and, to my satisfaction, I also received my last order in a week's time, as usual. So yes, I must say that I am getting a very good and efficient service from play.com
