Ian Stewart in Malta

Professor Ian Stewart, Professor of Mathematics at Warwick University and author of several books popularising mathematical and scientific topics such as Does God Play Dice? will be visiting Malta in the last two weeks of October.

He will be giving a public lecture for the Mathematical Society titled "All the world is a network", take part in a colloquium on Network Dynamics at the Mathematics Department, give a lecture to fifth formers asking "Why do Mathematics?" and a lecture to sixth formers on "Probability, Puzzles and Paradoxes".
