Works are currently under way on the Qormi/Marsa water channel. However, the central historic arch at the entry of the Marsa sports ground from the Qormi side is dropping about six keystones, half-way through, because the floods carried away the mortar due to water flow and a leaky top road.

At Cospicua, near the "Falcon Boats" the wall on the left going downhill is bulging out due to expanding roots and will soon collapse.
