We recently travelled for the first time with BritishJet to the UK, and I must say that, considering the price we paid, we were adequately satisfied with the service.

The only mishap occurred on our return flight (FHE317, September 29). After boarding the plane and about to leave Birmingham, our departure was delayed for almost an hour due to air traffic congestion over London.

While we accept that the airline had no control whatsoever over the matter, we felt that the crew could have done much more than just offering a cup of mineral water to passengers!

We would not hesitate to flying BritishJet again.
