Charged with VAT misappropriation

A company director has been charged with the misappropriation of money that was owed to the VAT Department. Henri Darmanin pleaded not guilty to the misappropriation of the money that was entrusted to him due to his post within the company. Police Inspector Joseph Cordina prosecuted.
