Police arraignments

The police have this year instituted legal proceedings against 17 people responsible for places of entertainment after 48 minors were found on the premises, Justice and Home Affairs Minister Tonio Borg told Chris Cardona (MLP) in reply to a parliamentary question yesterday.

The minister said in reply to another question that the police had this year up to August arraigned 580 people for smoking in prohobited places.
