Three hotels with a total of 272 beds closed in Gozo over the past 10 years but another three with a total of 460 beds opened, Tourism Minister Francis Zammit Dimech told Justyne Caruana (MLP) in reply to a parliamentary question yesterday.

The hotels which closed were the Ritz (two star) the Andar (four star) and the Mgarr (five star) while the new hotels were the San Andrea and Down Town (three star) the Grand (four star) and the San Lawrenz (five star).
