International Sales Direct case resolved

I am pleased to feature the following letter which, in effect, positively concludes the case involving International Sales Direct:

On behalf of my aunt, Marie Fenech, I would like to thank you for your kind co-operation and for helping us to solve the case which was pending with International Sales Direct of Qormi.

I thank Ms Mifsud for her comments in my regard and I take the opportunity to also thank Rita Borg of International Sales Direct (ISD) for her co-operation.

Although I have been a pain by referring to this case every Sunday through this column, Ms Borg was never hostile in my regard in our meetings and I appreciate that. The emphasis was on fair play. We never made any references to legal obligations and, in this context, she co-operated accordingly on the basis of good will.

Ms Borg had previously offered Ms Mifsud an Lm40 voucher which she eventually accepted, and with which she bought an SKK pan.
