Starting tomorrow, Maltanet will once again celebrate Customer Service Week, an annual international event aimed to create awareness of customer service and the role its professionals play to uphold the company's reputation.

Maltanet has been celebrating this event for several years. This year the theme is "The Internal Customer" and all the events will revolve around internal groups, and interpersonal communication. Commenting on the event, maltanet HR executive Dorianne Bianco Mallia, said: "Through Customer Service Week we are taking the opportunity to show our appreciation to our customer service officials. Service is a total commitment not just for the front liners, but for every employee within the company. Customer service has to be a total company effort".
