A prostitute and her pimp were slightly injured during an argument between the two at a residence in Testaferrata Street, Gzira, on Monday night, the police said.

A penknife is thought to have been used in the incident which occurred at about 11.30 p.m.

The police were called and the prostitute and pimp were taken to hospital where they were found to be suffering from slight injuries.

The police are investigating.
