The FHRD has put together a programme, with professional women entrepreneurs who are also trainers and leaders, to impart knowledge and skills to women at the workplace.

The programme begins with a module on self-discovery using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). The second and third modules will help delegates to unleash their leadership potential and discover tools to enhance effectiveness as leaders.

The fourth module will be focusing on the impact that engendered beliefs and values have on the delegates' lives both at work and at home. It will also debate how gender affects decision-making and the organisational culture.

The fifth and sixth modules will be on social security and bank loans, which women entrepreneurs need to know.

All these modules are offered as stand-alones and the FHRD is offering a 20 per cent discount for its corporate members should more than one delegate from the same company participate in this course.

The programme, which is sponsored by the ETC, will be inaugurated and closed by Sue Vella, CEO, ETC, and in her absence by Felix Borg, operations manager, ETC.

A certificate of attendance will also be presented at the end of the whole programme, when a short reception will be held.
