Men who have to be present at the Law Courts must wear a tie and a jacket even when temperatures are above 30°C.
On the other hand, women are allowed in the courtroom wearing tops with very short sleeves and with skirt above the knee. In the courtroom women are at an advantage because they feel cooler and therefore more relaxed than men are.
Surely there is need for an alternative dress code for men especially during the hot months.
