Central Cigarette employees being dismissed because of the closure of the company's manufacturing section in November will be benefiting from a very good financial and services package, the General Workers' Union said yesterday.

The union said that besides adequate financial sums according to the number of years workers have served with the company and pro rata bonuses, employees were being given professional counselling and financial planning advice.
