Two teenagers were yesterday remanded in custody after being charged with theft.

An 18-year-old from Msida and a 17-year-old from Floriana were accused of stealing watches, cash, shoes, mobile phones and a digital camera to the detriment of two tourists from a hotel in St Julians and from an apartment in Pembroke.

They were further charged of breaching a court order.
