HSBC Cares For Children Fund is sponsoring, for the sixth consecutive year, the Ministry of Education's Klabbsajf programme, which forms part of Skolasajf.

Doriette Camilleri, HSBC Cares For Children Fund director, presented the sponsorship to Louis Galea, Minister for Education, Youth and Employment during a visit to the Klabbsajf activities taking place at the Zabbar Primary School.

Skolasajf is aimed at primary school children in years four, five and six. The programme offers informal educational activities that complement what the children learn throughout the scholastic year. Activities are held at several schools throughout Malta and Gozo, from Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and noon. Klabbsajf is aimed at year two children who in the previous scholastic year made use of the additional help service.
