There used to be traffic lights on the roundabout at the crossroads between Regional Road (Triq Mikiel Anton Vassalli) and Sliema Road (Kappara/Gzira) and I earnestly ask the ADT to turn them on again.

If you are driving along Regional Road you can easily navigate without them. But drivers entering the roundabout from either Kappara or Gzira are often unable to make a safe manoeuvre because the oncoming traffic is too consistently heavy. This is my experience most days at around 7 p.m. in particular. It adds a great deal of stress to one's driving and encourages risk-taking.
