Man arrested over shots
A 41-year-old man was arrested on Thursday night after allegedly firing a number of rounds in the street, the police said.
Firearm shots were heard just after midnight in Main Street, Balzan. The police said they were on scene soon after and successfully convinced the man to give himself up.
Medical assistance was sought and the man was admitted to Mount Carmel Hospital.
Nobody was injured but police investigations are ongoing.
