Reference is made to Franco Farrugia's letter Oil Spill Cost (August 22).

According to "polluter pays" principles it should be Hizbollah (Iran and Syria) who should foot the bill for the cleaning up of the oil spill on Lebanese, Syrian and other Mediterranean coastlines. I cannot understand how he brings in the US and Great Britain in the picture although I can understand his inclusion of Israel maybe.
