Frenzy players for Oldham training

Three young players from the Football Frenzy Soccer School have been invited for a training camp at English club Oldham Athletic.

A statement from the youth football school said that Armand Chetcuti, Luka Desira Buttigieg and Elliot Navarro have been spotted by a UK scout who visited the school a few months ago and was impressed by their footballing ability and excellent attitude.

Desira Buttigieg and Chetcuti are already in England as Navarro could not make the trip but there are plans in store to take him over to England very soon. The boys are training every day and the feedback from the English club was positive.

Last week, Desira Buttigieg and Chetcuti were at Old Trafford to watch England's friendly against Greece.

The statement said that Football Frenzy Soccer School is working hard to put Maltese players in the limelight and given a chance to train with professional clubs.
