Last Saturday I phoned the water services emergency section to report a leak in the water supply which was due to a cracked plastic fitting connected from the external pipe to the meter. I was very anxious because the leak was flooding the hall.

At 11 a.m. the same day the door-bell rang and three courteous gentlemen called to repair the leak. A job they did in 10 minutes.

I must thank the Water Services Corporation for their prompt service, a case of praise when due which is not easily forthcoming!
