We refer to the letter entitled Returned To Sender by Karm Farrugia of Madliena.

Mr Farrugia complains that a letter returned to him for an additional 4c postage was again returned by Maltapost, even after he had complied and affixed an additional 4c stamp.

Mr Farrugia is perfectly right. The letter, which at that stage carried the correct amount of 11c, should then have been delivered as addressed. This was an error on our part, and we would like to apologise to Mr Farrugia for the resultant inconvenience.
