GlobalCapital has sponsored the Cystic Fibrosis Trust (CFT) in an attempt to aid volunteers in their efforts to support and aid research for Cystic Fibrosis (CF) sufferers. Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic disease that affects a number of organs in the body.

There is currently no cure for CF, but the faulty gene has been identified and doctors and scientists are working to find ways of repairing or replacing it. One of the main objectives of the CF Trust is to fund this scientific work.

Through their participation in the International Trade Fair, GlobalCapital has supported the CFT. Volunteers of the trust were responsible for the distribution of the Scratch and Win fliers, an integral part of the GlobalCapital campaign throughout the fair.
