The second intake for the B.Sc. in Occupational Safety, Health and Environment is due on October 21, with a full-day induction training by Stuart Allan, B.Sc, M.Sc., MIIRSM, MIOA, principal lecturer and programme leader from the School of Architecture and Construction, University of Greenwich.

An information meeting conducted by Mr Allan will be held on Saturday, September 23, at 9 a.m. at the FHRD premises, 1, Triq il-Kampanela, San Gwann.

The degree is over two academic years covering environmental industrial pollution; introduction to risk assessment; ergonomics; physical agents; environmental industrial management; and management of risk.

It is designed for all OSH practitioners, managers, inspectors and policy makers.
