Return of traditional races

The National Folklore Commission together with the Klabb Avvenimenti u Armar taz-Zwiemel are reintroducing the traditional Ta' Santu Rokku horse races after an absence of a number of years.

Like the Tal-Karmnu and Ta' l-Imnarja races, the Ta' Santu Rokku used to be held every year for many years and used to attract a number of horse racing enthusiasts from Rabat and elsewhere.

The Ta' Santu Rokku races will be held in Racecourse Street, Rabat on August 20 at 7 a.m.
