If readers are, like me, considering this summer to top up their pool or fill up their well or dried-up garden reservoir, using the services of a water tanker, does it occur to them that they might be buying stolen property, as the water could be coming from an illegal bore hole?

Perhaps the Malta Resources Authority, through its water directorate, can guide us as to where the legal bore holes are, if any, and help clear our conscience.
