Returned to sender
My letter was returned "additional postage 4c". I duly added this amount and re-posted. A few days later it came back again "return to sender". Absolutely no explanation.
I changed the envelope, affixed 11c and, presto, the letter reached its destination. A week late.
Why couldn't Maltapost have told me in the first place that I needed to add another 11c, not 4c? Customer-friendly? Mean, I would say.
