The new committee of AIESEC Malta - made up of Davinia-Lynn Pirotta as president and directors Maria Francesca Spiteri (public and external relations), Matthew Zarb (events), Sarah Bonnici (outgoing and incoming exchange), and Erika Borg (member development) - will attend AIESEC's 58th International Congress in Warsaw, Poland, between August 22 and September 4.
The board is looking forward to a busy and fulfilling year ahead both on campus and in the local business sector. The committee's aim is to ensure that AIESEC Malta continues to provide opportunities for students to develop their potential and offering a quality service to local companies through AIESEC's global network of 97 countries.
The congress brings together around 800 delegates from all over the world in a unique celebration of culture, while discussing current youth-related issues and strategies to move the world's largest student organisation forward.
AIESEC has been a forming agent of exchange in the past decades giving career opportunities to all its members across the globe.
