On June 16, I received a letter from Mambra informing me that my refrigerator needed a modification.

The letter explained that Mambra received a notice from their suppliers indicating that the light bulb installed in my refrigerator was 150Watts. By specification it should be 50Watts.

I made an appointment with Mambra. A technician came to my house and replaced the bulb for free.

I must say that this is a great example of how to take care of customers.

Had I not been informed by Mambra, I would have never noticed that my refrigerator had a wrong bulb.
