Maltapost has introduced a "proof of delivery service" which will provide clients with written proof that registered items have been delivered.

Customers requesting the service, which comes at a charge, can fill in the details on a form that can be obtained from all Maltapost retail outlets and sub-post offices, forwarding it to Maltapost customer care together with a copy of the registration receipt. An official confirmation of delivery will then be forwarded to the client.
