I would like to share the good customer service I experienced at Marco Shoe Stores in Manwel Dimech Street, Sliema.

A few days after having purchased a pair of shoes, the heel broke. On returning to the shop I agreed to exchange them for a credit note as I intended to buy tennis shoes for my kids. However these were not in stock within the month as promised so I requested a full refund.

The owner kept his word and contacted me the following day to confirm that I could call at the shop for my full refund.

With service like this I will definitely return to this shop. (Sandie Pace)
