Josephine Attard (claimant) vs Sandro Bianchi - Flexi Marketing Ltd (defendant) Ref: CCT 131/05
This is our ninth appeal about this case wherein the Consumer Claims Tribunal (CCT) Arbiter, Dr Martin Fenech, accepts Josephine Attard's claim and orders Sandro Bianchi of Flexi Marketing Ltd to pay Josephine Attard Lm400 and Lm50 as moral damages, plus expenses against Flexi Marketing Ltd. We have no other option but to continue to ask Mr Bianchi to honour the CCT Arbiter's decision of January 24.
Mary A. Smith (claimant) vs C. Gauci - Waterproofing (defendant) Ref: CCT 120/04
The decision on this case was made on January 11, 2005. CCT Arbiter Dr Fenech accepts Mary A. Smith's claim and orders C. Gauci - WaterProofing to pay Ms Smith Lm800 plus expenses. This is our seventh appeal about this case and, in line with our new policy, we will continue to ask C. Gauci - Waterproofing to honour the CCT decision.
Simone Calaio (claimant) vs Cecile Boutique (defendant) Ref: CCT 232/05
This is our third appeal about this case wherein CCT Arbiter Dr Fenech accepts Simone Calaio's claim and orders Cecile Boutique to pay Ms Calaio Lm30. I appeal to Mr Jones (owner of Cecile Boutique) to pay Ms Calaio. The expenses are to be paid by Ms Calaio and Mr Jones.
Finally, if you have referred a case to the CCT, a decision was made by the Arbiter in your favour, and the respective trader refuses to honour the Arbiter's decision, write to me and send me a copy of the CCT Arbiter's decision. In any case, it is very important for consumers to know about traders who do not respect the CCT Arbiter's decisions. Such traders do not deserve our custom.
