Further to recent correspondence regarding the works on the Ghar id-Dud promenade, could the authorities please clarify why the workmen start leaving the site at 10.30 a.m. and the whole site is locked up by 11 a.m. everyday? At this rate it will take more than a summer to finish! It seems to be a repeat of the situation at Xemxija, where it has taken over two years to finish the project while works are still ongoing!
