The sad experience of Pat and Gordon Dorrington of Norwich (July 10) at MIA's check-in was not shared by Pete Welch of Wrexham (July 20) who found the facilities more than acceptable.
Two matters arise. Should Mr Welch's experience be regarded as the norm? Or should we generalise and conclude that half of the British tourists passing through Malta International Airport are dissatisfied with the pace at check-in?
