Nappy changing rooms

I would like to draw attention to baby changing facilities around shopping areas.

The other day I was shopping in Sliema with my wife, my son and my seven-month-old daughter. At some point my daughter needed a nappy change so off we went to The Plaza. We found the toilets and, hence, realised that the nappy changer can only be found in the ladies' toilets. Had I been out alone with the baby I surely would have encountered a problem. What would the ladies say if they found a man in their toilet?

I would like to recommend that such a facility be a separate room where either parent can enter to change a baby's nappy. And also that we may find more of these in public places.
