Would the owner of this building (the former Lapsi Hotel) please take action?

This is the sorry and disgusting state we all have to witness everyday in a prime site as St Julians. People have broken into and entered this establishment. I am sure they would not like to have the same state of building next to their home.

Could the police also take action? I have tried to do something about this mess, but I keep being taken for a ride by everybody.
