Over 40 golfers have registered to take part in the annual Sparkasse Bank competition which will be played at the Royal Malta Golf Club (RMGC) tomorrow.

Former Sparkasse Bank director Nadja Wechselberger, the founder of the tournament, is no longer based in Malta. David Cauchi is the new director of the bank who agreed to sponsor the competition for another year.

The event, which takes the format of an individual Stableford competition, is open to both male and female golfers, who l play one round of 18 holes.

Besides trophies, the winners will also get an all-inclusive holiday in Tunisia.
