Application forms for the scrapping of a vehicle may be obtained (between Monday and Friday from 8 a.m. to noon) from and returned to the Licensing and Testing Directorate, Hornworks Ditch, Floriana solely by the registered owner along with: the road licence disc; the registration certificate (logbook); registration plates; and any other documents related to the vehicle's use on the road.

The registered owner must also submit a declaration, signed by himself/herself, that the vehicle will never be registered and licensed again.

Fees:
Lm2.50 administration fees;

Any licence arrears and/or fines (which could include a Lm15 late payment fee if the vehicle's road licence is overdue by a month).
