There were 57 drug finds in schools in the last scholastic year, including four cases where the drugs might not have been for personal use, Education Minister Louis Galea yesterday told Labour MP Carmelo Abela.

Replying to a parliamentary question, the minister said that three of the finds which might not have been for personal use were made in state schools, the other in a church school.

As for the drug finds for personal use, 39 were made in state schools, 13 in church schools and one in an independent school.
