I routinely take my dog for walks and, as a result, it litters the pavement.
The problem in Sacred Heart Avenue, St Julian's, is that many dog owners don't clean up after their dog.
It may be because there are no dog litter bins in the area, so people may find it difficult to carry the dog litter all the way home. Dog business is not only unattractive and smelly; it's also a health hazard.
I strongly suggest that several dog litter bins be installed in Sacred Heart Avenue. By doing so, dog owners will find it easier to scoop up after their dog, contributing to a cleaner pavement, for the benefit of residents and passers-by.
