Maltacom customers can divert calls from their fixed line to another three numbers of their choice.

The service - Tring - was launched in connection with the Trade Fair and costs Lm2.36 plus VAT annually.

The company said customers will not need to transfer unanswered calls before leaving the house or office since Tring gives them the facility to divert calls to a maximum of three numbers. It explained that if a telephone is not answered within a stipulated period, the incoming call will be transferred to all the other three numbers, with the three phones ringing at the same time and the customer able to take the call from the closest phone.

The three numbers can be fixed lines, mobile or iphone numbers.
