Gozo Channel should be more considerate of the needs of senior citizens, those with restricted walking abilities, and (arriving airline) passengers touting heavy luggage. 

In 38°C heat and high humidity all of the above have been observed making the long trek from the ticket booths to the ferry loading ramps at Cirkewwa. 

It was neither easy nor pleasant for the majority of these people.
