HSBC Bank Malta is for the third year running sponsoring the Malta Arts Festival to be held by the Malta Council for Culture and the Arts from tomorrow to August 20 on the site of the former Opera House in Valletta.

The funds provided will help the council to strengthen the quality and to offer a series of activities ranging from music and dance to film.

The programme also includes drama workshops designed to help actors and teachers develop their technique.
