'From Trainers to Leaders' course in Pozzallo

For the first time the FHRD is combining learning and leisure, offering a course at the Hotel Conte di Cabrera in Pozzallo, Sicily.

The course, facilitated by Paul Gauci, BA (Hons), M.Ed. Trg & Dvpt (Sheffield), MCIPD, MIM, and spread over two and a half days, aims to develop the trainer role through the acquisition of personal, team and organisational leadership skills.

It is designed over three modules: Self Leadership, Leadership in the Training Arena, and Organisational Leadership. The target audience for this course are trainers, training/ human resource officers/managers and all those who have the learning of people at the workplace at heart. Employers can offer this opportunity to their high performers in recognition of their achievements.

Leaving Malta on Wednesday, September 6, with Virtu Ferries, the delegates will return on Sunday, September 10. All day Saturday and Sunday morning will be dedicated to sightseeing and shopping.
