I feel I must write to you about my experience of the good service I received from Keramit Bathroom Services in Birkirkara.
I only needed a ballcock for my toilet cistern and, after trying various shops to no avail, I went to Keramit, where I was told that they did not have anything like it in stock. However, the salesman took the parts I had and, after ten minutes, he came back with various bits and pieces and proceeded to make up another ballcock exactly like mine.
I was thrilled to have this done because, as I said, I had previously been here, there and everywhere - to no avail. Not only did they assemble the ballcock, which incidentally works perfectly, but, when I asked how much it costs, the reply was, "No charge".
I certainly think that this is worthy of a mention in your column. (Graham Knight)
Indeed, this is the kind of customer service well worth writing about. I must compliment Keramit Bathroom Services accordingly. Here follows another positive note:
Last Christmas I bought a Vileda clothes horse from Tower Supermarket in Sliema. Four months later, parts of it broke off completely. I contacted Joe Bellizzi of Tower Supermarket, who immediately contacted James Cutajar at George Borg Barthet Ltd, the suppliers of Vileda Products. Within a few days the clothes horse was replaced with a brand new one.
My sincere thanks to Mr Bellizzi of Tower Supermarket for his prompt and efficient intervention on my behalf and to George Borg Barthet Ltd. This is customer service at its best! (Ms L. Borg)
I add my compliments to Mr Bellizzi on his excellent customer service. While thanking Ms Borg and Mr Knight for their positive notes, I ask you to catch them doing something positive.
