The police are investigating what they suspect to have been an arson attack on a mechanical trailer in Main Street, Qormi yesterday at about 12.45 a.m. The fire spread to a truck and was put out by personnel from the Civil Protection Department.

No one was injured in the incident.

A magisterial inquiry is underway.
